Choose the reporting workflow that fits your records
Clevermode Reports is the desktop app for Windows and Mac, free for Clevermode customers. It accepts records synced from the phone app through Clevermode Cloud, or CSV exports. CSV import can be used without signing in or connecting to the internet.
1. Install Clevermode Reports
Use the report software download page to open the Microsoft Store on Windows or App Store on Mac. That page also includes the installation video and current computer requirements.
2. Add your business details
Open Report settings and enter your company name, contact details and logo. These details appear on your PDF reports. Check them before preparing a client's report set.
3. Select cloud records or import a CSV
For Clevermode Cloud, sign in and choose the tests synced from the mobile app. For CSV import, select the Clevermode file exported from the app. A folder synced to your computer through a service such as Google Drive can hold your CSV exports.
4. Review site details and locations
Confirm the site details and check location names. Tidy variations in building or room names where needed so the report uses consistent locations. Clevermode Cloud records can also be corrected individually. Preview the reports before saving them.
5. Save the PDF report set
The available reports depend on the test records. They include an Appliance Register, a Totals Report with a retest-period summary, a Fails Report and an RCD Test Report. Microwave Leakage and Emergency & Exit Light reports are offered when those tests are present. The report set saves to one folder with a CSV of the test records.
6. Optionally attach reports to a Flowody job
If your business uses Flowody, connect it in Report settings. Select a job that is ready to invoice to fill customer and site details automatically. Attach the finished PDFs and test-record CSV to the job's Files & Photos, and assign the invoicing task to your office team if needed. Flowody is a separate, optional service.
